Natalie Proctor

Natalie Proctor is the Human Resources Manager at Merovitz Potechin LLP and leads the human resources functions within the firm.

Natalie is a Human Resources professional who has worked at large organizations such as Nortel,  Ernst & Young and General Dynamics, and small companies such as SOMOS Consulting and ITnet. She has experience in the professional services, technology, and agriculture industries, and has been responsible for strategic and operational HR planning.   Her work has focused on strategic planning; recruiting and onboarding; performance management; total rewards; mentoring and coaching staff; leadership development; and improving company culture.

Natalie is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University and a Diploma, Human Resources Management from Algonquin College.   Natalie is an avid dog lover and has been active in the recreational sport of dog agility for over 20 years. She also enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time with friends and family.
