Merredith is a problem solver, often coming up with creative solutions for unique issues. She has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including condominium and freehold development, shared property interests, complex title matters and title insurance.

Merredith is the chair of the County of Carleton Law Association (CCLA) Real Estate Lawyers Committee and is a member of the CCLA Solicitor’s Conference Planning Committee, the Provincial Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate as well the Law Society’s Real Estate Liaison Group. Merredith is a past Real Estate Co-Chair of the Federation of Ontario Law Associations (FOLA).

In 2009, Merredith was honoured to receive the Regional Senior Justice Award from the CCLA and in 2018 was honoured again to receive the CCLA Abe Feinstein Solicitor Award.

Merredith is inquisitive by nature and relishes the complexity and intellectual challenge of her work with title matters. She also loves the collegial aspect of her work, sharing information and working with a team towards a common goal. She is ambitious and confident, a natural leader, and always happy to dive in the deep end.

As a Maritimer, Merredith is drawn to the ocean. She is also a voracious reader – and has been her whole life. She loves music and theatre and attends as many shows each year as her schedule will allow.
