Merovitz Potechin LLP is currently seeking an estate litigation lawyer to add to the existing strength of our disputes and litigation team. Prior experience in family law would be considered an asset.

Summary of position:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a litigation practice and able to assist clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including estate litigation and all other matters as required.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm with estate litigation experience and/or family law experience.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to be both a self-starter and team player.
• Engaged in business development.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
