Mitchell Leitman has been advising professionals and entrepreneurs on their personal and business legal needs since being called to the Bar of Ontario in 1997.  His areas of expertise are:

Mitch’s professional experience includes:

  • Advising developers on residential and condominium projects
  • Acting for shareholders of privately held companies on their estate planning and creation of multiple wills
  • Acting for administrators  of trusts involving multiple jurisdictions and minor children
  • Acting for a leading financial institution on the financing of  $1M+ loan agreements for business acquisitions.

Mitch is originally from Montreal.  He is married and has two daughters.  He is a board member of LiveWorkPlay, an Ottawa based charity that strives for a good life for people with intellectual disabilities.
